Best Price Treadmill – 3 Key Tips To Saving Hundreds On Your Next Treadmill

If you’re in the market to buy a treadmill, your timing couldn’t be better. Treadmills are giving you more value for your money every year. In fact according to a recent Runner’s World article:

“Today’s treadmills are better than ever. In particular, most brands have improved their stability and controls. Meanwhile, they continue to offer a dazzling variety of features.”

If you’re buying a treadmill no doubt you want to get the best price. Having been researching and reviewing treadmills for over 3 years, I’ve seen some killer treadmill deals and some completely overblown, overpriced treadmills.

I’ve also seen the same treadmill offered at vastly different prices – sometimes the difference is as much as $800! And people are still buying the overpriced treadmills!

There are ways to getting the best price on a high quality home treadmill that many people don’t know about. So to help you save some money, here are 3 key tips to getting the best price on your treadmill:

#1 Buy Online

If you want to save money, buy online. This is the case with most items from computers to DVD’s to electronics and especially treadmills. Because when you buy online, the treadmill dealer doesn’t have to pay to rent a storefront, pay salespeople, pay hydro, heat, etc.

They can ship directly from their warehouse. This saves them a lot of money and in turn these savings are passed on to you in the form of lower prices.

Obviously you don’t want to just buy from anyone online. Make sure the online treadmill dealer offers secure ordering, prevalent contact information (phone numbers, email, online help, address), at least a 30 day money back guarantee and of course – high quality treadmills. It also helps if they offer customer and/or expert testimonials.

#2 Buy Direct From the Treadmill Brand Manufacturer

Buying direct from the treadmill manufacturer means you skip the middleman (i.e. the store), which always has to mark up an item to make their profit (and pay their employees, rent, etc.) There are several treadmill manufacturers that sell online direct to the consumer at wholesale prices and it’s a great way to get a brand name treadmill for a discount price.

Also, if you watch closely, many manufacturers will drop their prices even more when they are phasing out a certain treadmill. I’ve seen a $1500 treadmill go for $899 when the manufacturer was trying to close the model out.

Again, make sure these treadmill dealers offer secure ordering, prevalent contact information, at least a 30 day money back guarantee and high quality treadmills.

#3 Save on Shipping and Sales Tax

Whether it’s an online store or an online treadmill manufacturer, many online dealers offer you free shipping. Some offer free shipping all the time whereas others offer it at certain times of the month.

Shipping your treadmill can cost you as much as $200 – so why pay for it if you can get it free? I’ve yet to see an actual store offer free shipping on treadmills – it’s always an add on at the cash register.

Another area where you can save money is on sales tax. Many online dealers won’t charge you sales tax (depending on the state) which can also save you a considerable amount on your treadmill.

So those are 3 key ways to get the best price on your treadmill.

Basic Trampoline Tricks

If you own a trampoline, you already know that it is a great way to get out of the house, and into the fresh air. Did you also know that it’s benefiting your health? Jumping up and down on a trampoline is great for strengthening the cardio-vascular system and it is also an excellent workout done iwth a fitness equipment for almost every muscle and organ of the body. Exercising on a trampoline can also be very helpful for adults and children because it helps to improve reflexes, flexibility, balance and coordination.

One way to enhance not only the fun aspect of the trampoline, but also increase the health benefits, is by putting a little extra effort into your jumping by doing some tricks! There’s lot of tricks that can done on the trampoline, from the beginner level to the advanced. Here’s a few of them beginning with some basics including additional tips to ensure safety and avoid injury.

‘Landing on the Back’ is one of the first, basic trampoline tricks any bouncer should learn and its very simple. Stand motionless on the trampoline with your arms at your sides or even with your hands in your front pockets. Fall backwards onto the trampoline, keeping your body straight and your head up. As your back meets the trampoline, let your head meet it naturally too, don’t jerk or twist it. You will bounce back up and then you can do it again, over and over until you achieve a good rebounding height. The more you practice this trick, the higher you will bounce back and forth!

Here’s an intermediate trampoline trick you can do once you’ve master the basic Back Landing trick. Begin the same way, standing straight and motionless, with arms at your sides or hands in your pockets. Fall straight back again, but when you bounce back up, land on your knees instead! The motion will keep sending you back and forth so you can repeat the trick as many times as you want.

Some advanced trampoline tricks include somersaults and flips. Either of these can be done backwards or forwards, but you should be very comfortable and confident with your bouncing abilities before attempting either of them. Once you’ve got the flip down, you spice it up by adding a spin to it.

Before attempting any trick, ensure everyone’s safety, including your own. Remember to look around and see how much room you have. You will definitely want to avoid a collision with any other jumpers that are on the trampoline with you. To further prevent any mishaps, warm up first by doing some simple bounces and once you get going, remember to keep your head and neck in a natural position. This way you don’t hurt yourself.

Have fun, be safe and keep on bouncing!

Golf Fitness Equipment For Your In-Home Program

Golf fitness equipment can be a variety of pieces; but what truly is golf fitness equipment?

You’d be surprised to find out it is not expensive; and is not necessarily in a gym or health club either.

Yes…there are golf “machines” for stretching and strength building that are well over one thousand dollars, but are definitely not needed.

When you think of the golf swing, it’s a dynamic movement completed in space with your ‘whole’ body. So any kind of training or golf fitness equipment should be able to accommodate this.

I’ve designed all my programs, dvds and books to utilize the below equipment for one reason. Convenience. Which will save you time to do what you really want to do. Play golf!

For starters, a pair of hand weights (dumbbells) are inexpensive, portable and can be used for dozens of golf-specific exercises. They don’t have to be heavy or cumbersome. You’d be surprised what a 5 to 8 pound pair of dumbbells can accomplish with the right golf exercises.

Next on the list of golf fitness equipment is tubing. You may have seen it in articles, on the television or in a catalog. Exercise tubing is extremely portable, very inexpensive and also can be used to mimic many phases of the golf swing, but with resistance.

I personally use exercise tubing in all of my programs, with all of my personal clients and in my own golf workouts. It can give you one heck of a workout if you have the right resistance. These bands come in varying tensions from light to extra heavy.

Another piece of golf fitness equipment is a stability ball. It’s the big ‘beach ball’ looking thing that is used in offices to sit on, in many exercise classes, at most health clubs and all of the physical therapy clinics.

Why? Because again it’s portable, inexpensive and very versatile. Doing golf exercises on the ball incorporate core stabilization, balance and stability. All important factors in a mechanically sound golf swing.

And the last piece of golf fitness equipment is a weighted medicine ball is the . You might remember them from several decades ago as the big leather balls that the old fitness fanatics used to improve strength and power.

Well now they’re back! They are used in every sport-specific strength program in existence. You can do so many sport-like movements with them and they weigh as much as 20 pounds, so you can imagine the benefit from a power standpoint.

I have a couple of my ‘bread-and-butter’ exercises I use in all my programs that incorporate the weighted medicine ball and they are very effective.

So there you have it! Three or four pieces of inexpensive and portable golf fitness equipment.

When Barcode Parts Break Down

When your business relies on barcodes, you’ve got to know where to go for Telxon parts, Symbol parts or any other type of barcode parts or scanner parts you may need. You need a source for barcode parts that you can count on to get you what you need, when you need it – fast. Even though barcode scanners and parts are designed to take a beating, sooner or later, important barcode parts will begin to break or wear out. Don’t wait until later!

If you’re not prepared with back-up Telxon parts or Symbol parts, you’ll have no choice but to rely on human beings to perform manual data entry. You might not think that’s going to cause any problems for your business, but the following statistic might just surprise you. For every 30 keystrokes made by a human, one will be an error, even if your most skilled data entry operator is in charge of the task.

It’s not as much a problem if your data entry operator has a sharp eye and catches and then corrects those input errors, but there’s no guarantee that individual will be able to catch them all. By the end of a single day the number of input errors could astound you! And not only that, those errors may even impact your bottom line.

How? Those errors might mean that your inventory is no longer accurate, or that your customers might receive the wrong products in their orders, and even worse, that your profits might be lower! There aren’t many businesses that can afford these and other types of inputting mistakes, and yours likely can’t either. So again, be sure you know where to go for back-up barcode parts and scanner parts.

There likely will be times when having barcode parts on hand isn’t going to help because you’ll have to send your barcode parts or scanner parts out for repair. What’s going to happen then? Again, it’s imperative that you are prepared.

While evaluating businesses that claim they’re capable of handling your Telxon repairs, Symbol repairs, or any other type of repairs including 960SL display repairs or 6846 display repairs, start by looking for a company that’s been around for a few years. The longer the company has been in business, the more experience its employees are likely to have. Longevity also is a good indication that the company has been able to satisfy its customers time and again.

Another benefit that’s important to look for when choosing a company to handle your Telxon repairs or Symbol repairs is a fast turn-around time. If you’ve forgotten why this is important, then go back and read the beginning of this article. Then ask yourself, how many days can you rely on humans to manually input your most important company data?

You want a company that has the staff and parts available to handle your Symbol repairs or Telxon repairs in a timely fashion. In addition, you want one that can handle returning your repaired barcode parts quickly and at a price you can afford.
