And after all that hard work, no doc would do stuff like cleaning wounds and so on. He would want assistants. And those assistants should be top notch. Should be well trained, and should be able to take the orders of the Doc perfectly and execute them properly. So people who think they are good at doing this should enrol themselves into good medical assisting school to get a job under a good doctor at a good hospital.
