Eyes are probably the best input devices that all developed living beings have. Snakes don’t have ears, but they have got eyes. The brain was an organ that evolved to process the information produced by the eyes in early forms of life. If we don’t have eyes, we’ll all be bacterium, moving here and there aimlessly, bumping into each other and so on. If humans don’t have eyes, there is not a thing they can do by themselves. They will need help in everything and help doesnt come cheap. So before a person looses his eyes, he should make enough money to pay for the help that he would get in later life, or go for some good vision insurance plan that would take care of his expenses in case his vision is lost.
