I have completed downloading the Gentoo DVD long back, but unfortunately it doesnt come with a Live CD, and since I hhate installing multiple OS on a single PC, and since I dont have a free pc as of now and since I dont have the time to clear up a PC to install Gentoo as of now, the DVD image is still lying idly in one of my hard drives, and am Unable to test its performance.

I did try to install it in my virtual box, and it just went straight ahead and threw an error saying that it didnt recognize the display adapter, so the X server has failed. Not knowing what to do, and with the X server failing so often for me, and an OS that has no live CD with which I can change the Xorg.conf if required, I guess I have dropped the idea of using it for now.
