BT is a company that offers a multitude of services in the UK. My favourite is their broadband services. And their best pack in my opinion is the 8 Mbps connectivity with unlimited Data trasnfer for just 19 Pounds per month for the first 6 months.

If you are a person who stays long hours on the internet, you need good connectivity, reliable uptime, security of data and various other things. If you are on the lookout for cheap broadband you could go for the package with 8 Mbps speed, with 5 GB Data Transfer limit, for about 9 Pounds for the first 3 months.

It was Mid 1994. The age of Intel 80386 with 16 Mhz processors, 540 MB hard drives, and about 1 MB of RAM, 5.25 inch floppy disks with about 1.2 MB of storage, serial keyboards, no mouse, and vga monochrome monitors.

Finally I got to be a part of an Inbound call centre. There is one running at my office. They are receiving calls from Singapore and Malaysia, and are picking up calls on behalf of HP, to help their resellers with Printer Cartridges.

For the first few days, they didnt bring any furniture along, so they had to keep their pcs on the floor, and it was fun to watch the call centrer guys sitting on the floor and answering calls.

Not every call centre in India is like Sutherland. Come to my office and I’ll show you that it can be worse.
