Internet, is a useful thing. And for people like me, its something that means a lot. I go mad if I dont check my mails for 2 days at a streatch. I need to chat with my friends once a day to find out how they are. I need to check my bank accounts, transfer funds here and there, book tickets, download music, movies, read wikipedia, blog etc etc. I simply cant imagine life without the Internet.

For one of my top priority projects, i have been looking for a web designer for quite some time now. Someone who would fit my requirements are not in free lancer sites. And most importantly, I didnt have the time to go on a hunt. I just wanted something like google where I can just enter keywords and get what I want.

Thats when I heard sbout spock.com an innovative new community website where everyone is listed and can be searched with tags. I just made a search for web designer, flash, seo, and i got a good list of results.

Check out the above thumbnail to find what I have got. I have chosen a couple and have finalized the terms and they have started working on my site already.

What I think is great about this site is that they dont advertise the induvidual, but it just looks like a social networking site that gives you an insight into the induvidual’s profile on to whom you are about to trust your website with.

I guess uncyclopedia.org is just a waste of time. Almost all articles look just the same. Bill Gates was a double agent in the cold war, ibm was formed to ruin man kind etc.

I mean, who would waste so much fo time to read the full of it? It is not informative, it doesnt make any sense, and luckily, it doesnt show up on search engines. Because, if it does, it would completely screw up the minds of kids who are just growing up.

I am still surprised that wikia hosts ubcyclopedia.org, the same company that hosts wikipedia as well. Looks like uncyclopedia is quite a popular wiki on their hosting, as it covers most of the topics that wikipedia covers. But, who is spending time writing all this bull shit, and who is paying them? Wikia doesnt come very cheap I guess. No other host would offer to host a wiki site like this. I wouldnt even dream of it.

Foolish ways people find to waste time. But, I must admit, that for the first few days I was reading almost all articles on subjects that i could think of. It was cool. But after a few days, I thought all articles read alike.  But it would have sounded nice if there was something to do with eveyr subject ‘s own reality. A very little touch of reality would have sounded very nice, but it si completely stupid, maybe thats what bored me.
