What goes in must come out, at least a good part of it, minus the energy perhaps. The stomach and the digestive system is a huge chemical reactor inside our bodies that extract all available energy out of thefood we eat, and dump the wastes into the pot every morning. Thankfully we do have a storage back there, which is something worms don’t have, thats why when you look closely at them you will see that they leave some sticky substance behind. Don’t touch it, you know what it is now.
In the storage area in the human body, we do have micro organisms that process this and break it down a bit, but when this happens, it could at times be converted into toxins and can become harmful to the body. Humans are smart enough to know this, and it is suggested that every human clean their colon with a good colon cleanser once in a few months to get rid of the toxins and stay healthy.
