I hate to admit it, but I am a very short tempered man. I shout and yell for everything at everyone if I find that things are not going my way. And ultimately I end up realizing that because I yelled and shouted, I has only worsened things, and it would have been better if I had been patient for a little longer and didnt really get emotional about it.
I was just surfing here and there about mind control, emotions control etc and thats when I found out about Sedona Method. Then I just searhced youtube and spotted this video. Just have a look at it.
The Sedona Method was developed by Lester Levenson after he survived a serious heart attack. Lester regained his health and attributed his renewed positive outlook to a process of self-inquiry of one’s beliefs and related emotions.
The process is designed to examine any emotion that one is experiencing and then “let it go” or release it in the moment. The basic premise is that all emotions naturally come and go out of experience unless one resists them. The idea is supported in the writings of Carl Jung who noted, “What we resist persists.”
